Netflix's top 10 constantly changes as new releases hit the streaming service, but not every title deserves a binge treatment. While hits like “The Outer Banks” and “Cobra Chi” continue to do well, new releases that may or may not be hits often make the list. If you're tired of the same old films and are looking for something fresh or something that really strikes a chord, this is the place for you.
Finding the perfect show among so many choices can seem like a difficult (and frustrating) task. That's why we've hand-picked three standouts from Netflix's current top 10 lineup that promise to entertain, surprise, and keep you hooked from start to finish.
This is based on the Netflix Top 10 shows as of Thursday, November 28.
Netflix's new crime comedy “A Man on the Inside” recently took the #1 spot, but has unfortunately dropped to #2. Regardless, if you're looking for a laugh-out-loud flick, this is the show to watch. What's even better is that it scored an impressive 97% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Charles (Ted Danson), a widower eager to escape the monotony of his life, is hired by a private detective to solve an unusual theft case. Posing as a new resident, he infiltrates an elderly community, where his investigation takes a surprising turn. Along the way, he makes meaningful connections, discovers fresh friendships, and bonds with his daughter.

Netflix's #1 new show is a true-crime documentary that is shocking viewers. Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenet Ramsey reexamines the infamous unsolved murder of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey, whose body was found in her Colorado home on December 26, 1996. Directed by Joe Berlinger, this three-part series examines the mishandling of the case by law enforcement and the media and explores how these blunders fueled conspiracy theories and turned the tragedy into a national obsession.
The documentary provides new insights by interviewing JonBenet's father, John Ramsey, and his brother, John Andrew Ramsey. It also aims to clarify misconceptions about the case and advocate for solutions that may finally bring justice after nearly 30 years.

“A.P. Bio” is one of those shows that never got a chance to truly shine; it debuted on NBC but was canceled after two seasons due to low ratings. It was later revived on Peacock and aired for two more seasons before being canceled again; since coming to Netflix, “A.P. Bio” has gained newfound popularity, and soon after coming to streaming, it ranked in the top 10.
The quirky sitcom follows Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton), a disgraced Harvard philosophy professor who takes a job teaching advanced biology at a high school in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio. Instead of taking the job seriously, Jack uses his bright students for personal schemes, including revenge against his rivals. Eventually, he develops an unwilling connection with the students and staff, including the eccentric Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt).
